‘Dil Bechara’ Director Mukesh Chhabra Plant Saplings To Fulfill His Friend Sushant Singh Rajput’s One Of 50 Dreams

New Delhi: Mukesh Chhabra is not only the director Sushant Singh Rajput’s last movie ‘Dil Bechara’, but also a very good and close friend of the late actor. A few days back, the ‘Chhichhore’ actor’s sister started a campaign to fulfil one of her brother’s dreams of planting 1000 trees. Shweta initiated a campaign with the hashtag #Plants4SSR and Mukesh Chhabra joined the campaign by planting a sapling remembering his close friend.



The director shared a picture of him planting a sapling and wrote “Bhai #plant4ssr #plants4ssr #”

Last year Sushant Singh Rajput shared a list of his 50 dreams which included how to fly a plane, help kids learn about space, Train for IronMan triathlon, do a four-clap push-up and many more. Planting 1000 trees was 11^th of his 50 dreams.

Other than sharing a very special bind with Mukesh Chhabra, Sushant also shared a special bond with his sister Mamta Handa. The director’s sister lately took to her Instagram and shared unseen pictures with the ‘Kai Po Che!’ actor form the sets of ‘Dil Bechara’. Both of them can be seen celebrating Raksha Bandhan in the ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’ actor’s vanity van. The pictures went viral in no time.

While sharing the pictures, Mamta Handa wrote, “Miss those moments when we were celebrating Rakhi at Dil Bechara set @sushantsinghrajput”

After SSR’s death, Mamta also shared some pictures with her Rakhi brother. Her caption read, “I have lost my Rakhi brother who was more than brother to me . still can't believe you r not with me i hope you are in better place... You will be missed bhai”

‘Dil Bechara’ also marked Mukesh Chhabra’s directorial debut.
