If latest buzz is to be believed then the actress has signed the movie produced by Karan Johar which is based on first Indian woman chopper Gunjan Saxena. It was reported last year that Karan is planning to make a movie based on the life of first woman IAF pilot Gunjan Saxena and now a report published in TOI states that Janhvi is all set to play the titular character.

IAF pilot Gunjan Saxena evacuated injured soldiers from Kargil in 1999. She, along with fellow lieutenant Srividya Rajan, fought and faced the enemy fire brought all soldiers safe home.
The TOI report adds that, while further details are yet to be revealed, the actress was seen spending some time with Gunjan.
