New Delhi: Unlike her counterparts who are sharing videos of their home workout and doing household duties, Bollywood’s ‘Queen’ Kangana Ranaut urged people to use the time of lockdown to make themselves better.

Kangana, who is currently at her home in Himachal Pradesh amid the ongoing nationwide Covid-19 lockdown, has been regularly sharing videos with her fans, revealing her spiritual and intellectual side.

The actress recently shared a video where she can be seen talking about her initial days in Bollywood and the challenges she faced at that time. In a video message that the actor’s team posed on Instagram, she is seen sitting and talking about her life.

The 33-year-old actor opened up about a particularly dark phase of her life, admitting she had even turned to drugs, and how spirituality rescued her from it.

The actor detailed snippets from a dark phase of her life, saying, "Bad times are the only good times."

The actor confessed she was barely 15-16 years old when she ran away from her house, adding that she became a movie star as well as a drug-addict within 2 years of that.

Further, in the video, Kangana added, "My life was so messed up, I was with certain types of people from whom only death could have saved me. All of this happened in my life at the time when I was only a teenager."

She added that her life changed for better after a friend introduced her to Yoga and spirituality.

Kangana also explained the concept of Brahmacharya and said, “Brahmacharya is not celibacy or just about celibacy, Brahmacharya has many good processes.” “So, all I want to say is that make use of this time. Bad times are the only good times,” she added.
