New Delhi: The novel Coronavirus outbreak has has wreaked havoc in many countries all over the world including India. 'Baby Doll' singer Kanika Kapoor was the first Bollywood celebrity who tested positive for Coronavirus. Kanika is currently undergoing treatment at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS) in Lucknow. After Kanika, Shah Rukh Khan's close-friend and 'Chennai Express' producer Karima Morani's daughter Shaza Morani has now tested COVID-19 positive.

It is reported that Shaja, who lives in a building named Shagun in Juhu area of ​​Mumbai, has been admitted to Nanavati Hospital on Sunday (April 5) night. It is being told that she returned to Mumbai from Australia a few days ago. At the moment, there is no news about when she returned from Australia and whom she met after returning to Mumbai.

When ABP News contacted Shaza's father Karim Morani regarding the same, he confirm the news that his younger daughter Shaja was admitted to Nanavati Hospital on Sunday (April 5) night.

Reacting on the same, Karim said in a statement that, "Shaza, my daughter has tested covid 19 positive without any symptoms at all , although she has been in isolation and not mingled with any foreign travelers. Since we are all law abiding citizens, it is my duty to inform the authorities and you all being closest proximity to you that we are admitting her to isolation in Nanavati Hospital."

It is noteworthy that Shaza has been dating Priyaank Sharma, the actor-son of 80s popular leading lady Padmini Kolhapure, since a long time. The two met each other a few years ago while pursuing a film-related course at the New York Film Academy. While Shaza has done a direction/production course, Priyaank Sharma was doing an acting course in America during that time.

On the career front, Shaza has also worked as Assistant Director in films like 'Always Kabhi Kabhi' and 'Happy New Year'. Whereas, Priyaank made his Bollywood debut earlier this year with the film 'Sab Kushal Magal' co-starring Akshaye Khanna & Ravi Kishan's daughter Riva Kishan.

Coming back to Coronavirus outbreak, the whole nation came together yesterday (April 5) to light diyas (earthen lamps), candles and even flash flights in their balconies after Prime Minister Narendra Modi had urged all countrymen to switch off their lights for 9 minutes at 9 pm on Sunday. Many Bollywood celebrities including Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone among others were seen supporting PM Modi's call for '9 baje 9 minutes'.
