New Delhi: The upcoming horror film starring Nushrratt Bharuccha in the lead role will witness the actress carrying a film on her shoulder for the very first time. The ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ girl, who has been mostly seen in girl-next-door characters in most of her films, will now present to the audience, a totally different side of hers.
Nushrratt will be seen playing the role of a pregnant lady experiencing paranormal activities around her in ‘Chhorii’. The film will hit the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on November 26, 2021. Well, ahead of its release, the makers of ‘Chhorii’ dropped the trailer of this upcoming horror-film featuring Nushrratt Bharuccha in the lead role, which will make your blood run cold.

Nushrratt Bharuccha shared the trailer on her social media and wrote, “You can’t run. You can’t hide. She will find you. #Chhorii Trailer Out Now! #ChhoriiOnPrime, Nov 26”.
Directed by Vishal Furia, ‘Chhorii’ is the remake of the 2017 Marathi movie ‘Lapachhapi’. ‘Chhorii’ also stars Mita Vashisht, Rajesh Jais and Saurabh Goyal, in pivotal roles.
Nushrratt Bharuccha became widely popular for her mean, foxy girlfriend role in Luv Ranjan’s buddy drama series ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’. She gained recognition for her role in ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ where she played the role of perfect woman, who turns out to be a gold-digger. Since then, there has been no stopping for the actress as she went on to star in movies like ‘Chhalaang’, ‘Dream Girl’ and others.
Nushrratt will also be seen featuring in ‘Hurdang’, ‘Ram Setu’ and ‘Janhit Mein Jaari’.
