Nagarjuna's son Akhil Akkineni was all set to get married with to his his fiancée and fashioner designer Shriya Bhupal. It was going to be a destination wedding in Italy and visitors from Telugu and Tamil ventures, Bollywood,  government officials and business honchos were required to be a part of it.destination wedding.Everything was planned out, hotels were booked.

But now as per a popular daily, the couple called off their engagement a few months before their wedding. No reason is known about it yet. When the daily contacted a source, they revealed, "Messages went out last Saturday to guests to cancel their programme. No reason was given. Those who were about to book tickets were advised not to go ahead. Even the tickets booked by both families have been cancelled."
