NEW DELHI: Actress Sagarika Ghatge who is fondly remembered for her role of Preeti Sabarwal in 'Chak De! India' is being rumoured to be dating former Indian pacer Zaheer Khan, since they were spotted together at Yuvraj-Hazel's marriage. The actress prefers to keep her personal life under wraps but in a recent interview to mid-day, she chose to spoke her heart out on her link-up rumours.


Sagarika who is said to be in relationship with Zaheer since last five months, said " I have never spoken about my personal relationships. In fact, I have never spoken about anything to the press. Personal space is not for discussion."

Cleverly dodging the question, Sagarika said "I am in a very happy space right now," which she reiterates at least thrice during the whole interview.

 It is heard that Sagarika-Zaheer are dating each other since last five months (All pictures-Instagram of Sagarika Ghatge and Zaheer Khan)

When questioned regarding pressure of dating a cricketer, she bluntly said,"I have no idea what are people thinking, I will remain just the way I am: low profile as ever. Why should I be any different just because I am linked to someone?"

Sagarika's Chak De! co-star Vidya Malvade posted this video of Zaheer's birthday on Instagram.

Though the actress didn't give much hint about her equation with Zaheer Khan but she made it evident they they both share a good bond. "I have big respect for Zaheer's game and before you ask, yes he will watch my film (Irada) when it releases," she added.


On the work front, Sagarika will be next seen in Naseeruddin Shah, Arshad Warsi starrer 'Irada'
