Shivani posted the video on her Facebook page with a message that read- "Hey guys. Today my friends and I were harassed by a woman at a restaurant for me wearing a short dress. This middle aged woman you’ll see in the video addressed seven men at the restaurant to rape us because she felt we deserved it for wearing short clothes and bashing her unsolicited opinion. For speaking up against her primitive mindset. Our instinct was turn away from the drama but supported by our colleagues, we took her on at a shopping centre, nearby."

The girl and her friends then confronted "aunty"(they were referring the lady with) and demanded an apoloty.
Shivani's message further reads- "We gave her the chance to apologise, to no avail, of course. Nothing moved the needle for her, not even another woman who learned the story on the spot and implored the ghastly woman to apologise. See for yourself. And share."
The lady at first threatened the girls by saying she would call the cops but the tables turned soon after when another lady and a mother stood up for these girls. The two ladies also indulged in a war of words with the offensive lady not budging from her stand and continued to object to women wearing short clothes. The helpful lady then asked the girls to report the woman to police since she is encouraging men to rape women with her disgusting approach.
The other lady also told this woman that she is also a mother to daughters who wear short clothes which is their right. She tells the woman that she has no right to comment on how a girl should dress up. She also in a loud voice tried to shut the lady by objection to her 'rape' comment saying how would you feel if you had a daughter and she was raped, do you know how it feels to get raped?
Gurgaon lady (aunty ji) goes viral after she slammed girls for wearing short dresses saying they cause men to rape. Another woman comes in support of the girls.
The woman who was speaking in support of the girls also told the lady that the girls are being gentle to her and if she was in their place, "mai hoti toh mai haath se baat karti".
The girls also tried to reason with the offensive lady by saying if dressing was which caused rapes, then why are the little 2-3 yr old and elderly 80 yr olds get raped!
All of it fell on the deaf ears of the woman who had the audacity to approach the mobile camera(that was capturing her) and addressing the viewers(pointing at the mobile camera) went on to slam the girls and asked their parents to "control" them. She ends with saying "spread it all over India".

Shivani did open up about what happened at the restaurant prior to this. Shivani told Scoopwhoop, "When we reached there, the lady asked me to 'come here', to which I went over to her. She then said 'sit down'. I then asked her what this was about, a little upset with her condescending tone. She said it was about my dress. She yelled saying 'Aren't you ashamed men are looking at your thighs?'"
The video has now made way to all social media platforms and has caught attention of some celebrities too. Dancer-rapper Raftaar and dancer-actor-host Raghav Juyal took to their social media pages to bash the lady for her low thinking.
Both of them wrote powerful messages against the woman for shaming the girls using hashtag #AuntyjiApologize.
Raftaar posted the chunk of video on Instagram and wrote - "This is aunty. Aunty wants women in short dresses to be raped by men. Aunty is the prime example of whats wrong with society. Dont be like aunty. @sunkissedshitzu sister we are with you. Instagram can go f*#k itsef. Tell them to delete all the propaganda, videos of people harming people and animals (unless they are proofs like this video above), all the stupidity done in the name of humour etc etc first. #auntyjiapologise".
Reposting Raftaar's video, Raghav captioned the video on Instagram- "Aunty your thoughts your mind both are too controlled by the stupidity of our society , please free yourself , expand your bheja a little aunty @raftaarmusic bhai this is heights This aunty needs growth , If any of her family members are seeing this post please try to educate her , throw some light on her and tell her about human bodies, Today I feel blessed when I realise how my parents brought me up , thank god ".
