New Delhi: The makers of Abhishek Bachchan’s upcoming movie ‘Bob Biswas’ dropped the much-awaited trailer of the movie yesterday. In this upcoming crime-thriller film, Junior Bachchan will be see playing the role of the protagonist Bob Biswas – a cold blooded serial killer. This movie is a spin-off to the 2012 thriller ‘Kahaani’ where the character Bob Biswas (played by Saswata Chatterjee), gave spine-chilling moments of tremor and excitement.
Abhishek Bachchan shared the trailer on his social media thereby giving a glimpse of his character in the movie. He wrote while sharing, “Nomoshkar Meet Bob!”
His father Amitabh Bachchan also shared the trailer on his social media and said that he is proud to say that Abhishek is his son. Big B wrote while sharing, “I am proud to say you are my Son ! "BYCMJBBN".
Abhishek commented on his Pa’s post and wrote, ‘Hurricane season!’
Other celebrities including Katrina Kaif, Dia Mirza, Bobby Deol, Shilpa Shetty and others also reacted to the trailer of ‘Bob Biswas’. They also extended their best wishes to Abhishek for the film.
Also, while sharing the poster of the film, Abhishek wrote on Instagram, “Bob Biswas is a common man, with a killer of a story!”
‘Bob Biswas’ has been directed by Diya Annapurna Ghosh and the film will premiere on the OTT platform ZEE5 on December 3, 2021.
