Popular TV actress Dipika Kakar won Bigg Boss 12 but it's not just her who is currently basking in the glory of success as her co-contestant and one of the finalists of BB 12 Deepak Thakur has added a feather to his cap. The Bihar boy who won many hearts and was touted as the most entertaining contestant of this season will soon be felicitated with Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Award 2019.

Deepak Thakur, who was the second runner-up of the reality series, is currently basking in glory of the show's success. The young boy who is also an aspiring singer seems to have hit the jackpot after participating in the show and will be awarded in the best entertainer- reality show category.


Deepak shared the news on his social media account. He has been receiving congratulatory messages from fans and co-contestants from Bigg Boss 12 including Somi Khan and winner Dipika Kakar:

On a related note, Thakur had left the show with Rs 20 lakh cash prize and was well appreciated by everyone for his performance on BB 12.
