Mumbai: It is turning out to be a blockbuster Wednesday in B-town. Amid movie announcements, rapper Badshah released his re-created version of ‘Bachpan Ka Pyaar’ featuring Sahdev Dirdo, who became an overnight internet sensation after his video went viral on social media. The 10-year-old displayed his swag as he tried to woo a girl in the music video of ‘Bachpan Ka Pyaar’.
From wearing oversized sunglasses to performing a jig with Badshah and Aastha Gill, Sahdev hogged all the limelight in the music video. ‘Bachpan Ka Pyaar’, which has been directed by B2together Pros, has received over 10 million views within few hours of release. The song has been trending at number one on YouTube.
Badshah added his own musical twist in the song, which has been composed by Hiten. The ‘DJ Waley Babu’ hitmaker has penned the lyrics of the new version, which has fetched over 1.5 million likes in no time.
Meme makers had a field day as they shared rib-tickling memes after the release of ‘Bachpan Ka Pyaar’. While Badshah fans have given thumbs up to the reprised version, others were not pleased with the song. Check out some of the tweets!
Sahdev became a viral sensation after an Instagram page shared his video wherein he was seen singing Kamlesh Barot’s ‘Bachpan Ka Pyaar’ at his school. Fans loved the way the 10-year-old pronounced ‘Bachpan’ as ‘Baspan’ in the viral clip.
Last month, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel felicitated the Sahdev after his video was heavily circulated on different social media platforms.
The Chhattisgarh CM thad shared a video of the boy on Twitter along with the caption, “Bachpan Ka Pyar… Wah." Sahdev was seen wearing a garland and singing 'Bachpan Ka Pyaar' while standing next to Bhupesh Baghel.
