Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted:
Film is doing exceptionally fantastic all over the world. The magnum opus has already become the first Indian film in history to cross Rs. 100 crores net on the very first day of its release. The film has earned mind-boggling over Rs 500 crore worldwide.
Baahubali has taken-over the box offices everywhere. Film's collection is epic. According to trade analyst Ramesh Bala, “#Baahubali2 1st Weekend WW BO Estimates: #India Nett: ₹ 335 Crs Gross: ₹ 415 Crs Overseas: ₹ 125 Crs Total – ₹ 540 Crs (US $84 Million).”
Karan Johar tweeted that the Hindi version of Baahubali 2 has earned Rs 128 crore in just three days. “HISTORIC WEEKEND! Here is the HINDI language all india fri ( 41 crores) Saturday ( 40.5) Sunday ( 46.5!!!!!) grand total 128!! #Baahubali2,” Karan wrote.
The movie stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anshka Shetty and Sathyaraj in pivotal roles.
