Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana's wife Tahira Kashyap, in Spetember lasy year, revealed that, she has been detected with pre-invasive breast cancer. She took to Instagram and made the shocking revelation that she was detected with DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ) in her right breast with high grade malignant cells. Later, she had revealed that the cancer is Stage 1a. Tahir continued to hold her grounds and inspired many with her fight with cancer. Yesterday, (5th December), Tahira took to her social media account to share the news that she has completed her last session of chemotherapy.

Ayushmann's wife, in a series of boomerang videos on Instagram, announced that she has completed her final chemo session. The post has been captioned as, "Can’t keep calm!!! Last and final chemo! Fuck yesss!! It’s been some journey. The learning has been immense, some of which, I know, I will realise with time. Thank you to each one who has been praying for me! Tahira and Ayushmann have been married since 2011 and have a 6-year-old son Virajveer Khurrana and 4-year-old daughter Varushka Khurrana.
