Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Thursday (October 28) granted bail to Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaz Seth Merchant, who were nabbed in the Goa-bound cruise rave party raided by the NCB. Aryan, who is the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, was detained and later arrested following NCB’s raid on the cruise on October 2.
While granting a conditional bail to Khan, Dhamecha and Merchant, Justice N.W. Sambre passed the operative order, a report in IANS said. The trio will not step out of jail till the HC’s orders are received, according to a defence lawyer.

Aryan Khan’s cousin Alia Chhiba shared a post on her Instagram story after the star kid was granted bail in the seizure of drugs case. She posted a throwback photo along with the caption, “So so much love.” The throwback snap also featured Aryan’s younger sister Suhana Khan.
Shanaya Kapoor Shares Throwback Pic With Aryan
Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor's daughter Shanaya, who is Suhana Khan's BFF, posted a photo from her childhood days after the Bombay HC granted relief to Aryan. She simply shared the photo along with two heart emojis.
Shanaya and Suhana's BFF Ananya Panday was summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau for questioning on October 21. The federal agency had seized Ananya's mobile phone and laptop following a raid at her Mumbai house. Her name featured in the WhatsApp Chats of Aryan and hence, she was asked to appear before the NCB officials, a report in IANS said.
Several tinsel town celebs have also shared posts on different social media handles after Aryan Khan was granted bail in the drugs case. The likes of Sonu Sood, R Madhavan, Sanjay Gupta, Mika Singh extended support to SRK and Aryan and rejoiced over the court's decision.
