Arjun Rampal and girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades became proud parents to their baby boy on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at Hinduja hospital in Khar, Mumbai. The South African model gave birth to their first child via normal delivery and now the new mommy has shared a series of pictures on her Instagram stories flaunting her killer body and narrated how she shed her post-pregnancy weight in just within 11 days.


And her post delivery body will surely leave you jaw-dropped!

Gabriella looks amazing and looks like she has shed all those baby fat after 11 days of her son’s birth. Sharing a mirror selfie on her Instagram stories, she wrote on the image, “This Photo was taken 11 days after delivery. It’s a long way from where it was but the body is an amazing thing. All I can say is, don’t stop your regime during pregnancy. Move, eat well and treat yourself every now and again. Prenatal yoga really helped keep my pelvic floor strong (Tanvi at the tangerine studio kept me calm and taught me to breathe). Also remember everyone is different and all good things do take time: so be patient with your body and your mind."
