New Delhi: Between Bullet, Bloods, and Betrayal, one of the highly anticipated films ‘Kuttey’, directed by Aasman Bharadwaj is conquering the hearts of the audience. While the audience has showered immense love for this Aasman Bharadwaj's directorial debut, it made it cement its position at No. 1 in India on streaming platform Netflix.


‘Kuttey’ is Aasmaan Bhardwaj's directorial debut. Aaasmaan Bhardwaj is filmmaker-musician Vishal Bhardwaj’s son. 


The film stars an ensemble cast including seasoned actors like Tabu, Naseeruddin Shah, Konkana Sen Sharma, Kumud Mishra, Radhika Madan, Arjun Kapoor and Shardul Bhardwaj.


The film revolves around three stray gangs crossing each others' paths on a hunt for a van carrying crores of cash and it's every man for himself.


As ‘Kuttey’ is available to the mass audience on Netflix, it seems like it has successfully grabbed their eyeballs with the interesting and thrilling story of this caper thriller.


Released on 13 January, the film is still winning the hearts of the audience as it has made its place at the top secured No. 1 position in India and is at No. 5 in the top 10 non-English films globally. Unanimously the film has been watched for 3550000 hours this week.


At the box office, ‘Kuttey’ did not receive much appreciation from the audiences. The film bombed at the box office with a lifetime collection of Rs. 4.65 crores( India), as per a Bollywood Hungama report.


As per our in-house review, ‘Kuttey’ was rated 2.5 out of 5.


‘Kuttey’ is produced by Luv Ranjan, Vishal Bhardwaj, Ankur Garg, and Rekha Bhardwaj under the banner of Luv Films and Vishal Bhardwaj Films, and presented by Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series. 


The film’s music was scored by Vishal Bhardwaj with lyrics penned by Gulzar. 


‘Kuttey’ began streaming on Netflix from March 16 onwards.
