New Delhi: Actress and producer Anushka Sharma gave birth to her first child earlier this year. The ‘PK’ actress gave birth to a baby girl on January 11, 2021. Anushka along with her husband Virat Kohli has been on cloud nine since the arrival of the baby girl Vamika. A few days ago, their little munchkin turned 2-months old and the couple celebrated this by cutting a cake.
While fans have been eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of Vamika, new mommy Anushka Sharma dropped a beautiful sun kissed picture of herself on her Instagram. The ‘NH10’ actress captioned the post as, “लाइट कैचर 💁♀️”
This stunning picture of the ‘Paatal Lok’ producer left everyone awestruck as they commented on her post. One fan wrote, ‘Wowwww beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️’. While another fan tagged her as the best mom and wrote, ‘Best mother😍😮”.
After her daughter Vamika’s birth, Anushka shared the first picture along with her baby with a beautiful caption. She wrote, “We have lived together with love , presence and gratitude as a way of life but this little one , Vamika ❤️ has taken it to a whole new level ! Tears , laughter , worry , bliss - emotions that have been experienced in a span of minutes sometimes ! Sleep is elusive 😛 but our hearts are SO full ❤️ Thanking you all for your wishes , prayers and good energy 🤗”
Also, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, doting father Virat Kohli shared an appreciation post for his wife and daughter with a heartfelt caption. His caption read, “Seeing the birth of a child is the most spine chilling, unbelievable and amazing experience a human being can have. After witnessing that, you understand the true strength and divinity of women and why God created life inside them. It's because they are way stronger than us men. Happy Women's Day to the most fiercely, compassionate and strong woman of my life and to the one who's going to grow up to be like her mother ❤️. Meanwhile, on the professional front, Anushka has not yet announced any of her upcoming projects as an actor. She was last seen on-screen in the year 2018 with the movie ‘Zero’.
