New Delhi: Bollywood actor and producer Anushka Sharma is a social media figure. The actor loves sharing pictures of her memorable moments with husband Virat Kohli and daughter Vamika. While her personal photos are a  visual treat for her fans, she also keeps sharing thoughtful quotes and sayings in her Instagram stories quite frequently.


The 'Sultan' actor shared a post, related to grief and heartbreak on Instagram, last night. The post addressed the pain involved in overcoming grief and heartbreak by poet Hussain Manawer. In the post, the poet wishes everyone well and then talks about the necessity of teaching grief tackling techniques in school. The post reads,"To everyone dealing with grief I wish you so well man. This really should be a subject in school, to help prepare us for the ultimate level of heartbreak. It's actually insane it's not, considering it's something everyone is going to go through at numerous stages of life."

Talking to Grazia magazine in an interview, the actor who is quite vocal about her thoughts and perspectives on life, shared her thoughts over "moving on from overtly scrutinizing appearances." The actor who became a mother at the beginning of the year, said, "I am so much more comfortable in my skin today than i was before, even when I had that 'perfect body.' I've realised that it's a state of mind, it has nothing to do with how you look." 


Anushka also shared her thoughts on women growing up, with a sense of lacking. The 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' actor said that she would never want her daughter to grow up with that sense of lacking that we are made to feel as women. Ultimately it's all about perspective. 


Sharing her outlook towards beauty, the actor said, "The girl who has the 'perfect body' can still not feel great while the girl who doesn't have a body that aligns with societal beauty standards can still be immensely confident."
