New Delhi: At the Kennedy Midnight Screening of the Cannes Film Festival 2023 on Wednesday, actress Sunny Leone looked magnificent in her champagne dress with high slit and lovely long train. While Sunny was as elegant as ever in her attire, she did require some assistance from the film's director, Anurag Kashyap, to give the paparazzi her finest red carpet images.
In a video from the Kennedy premiere, Sunny, Anurag, and Rahul Bhatt can be seen strutting along the red carpet together. Strong winds made it difficult for Sunny to fully unfurl her dress' train when they paused to pose for the photographers. Anurag tried to position it properly on the red carpet, but it would not stay in place. When the two finally gave up, Sunny let the fabric fly in the breeze, which probably resulted in even better pictures.

The movie was shown as part of the Grand Theatre Lumiere's premier film gala's Midnight Screenings section. Regular at Cannes, Anurag Kashyap was dressed in a black bandhgala suit. Rahul Bhat wore a traditional tuxedo.
The film's premiere was also attended by Anurag Kashyap's friend and longtime partner Vikramaditya Motwane, Kennedy co-producer Kabir Ahuja, and seasoned director Sudhir Mishra.
Kennedy is based on the insomniac cop who dwells in different circumstances while looking for redemption. The hype around the film has been soaring high with the film being screened on a stage as prestigious and renowned as Cannes.
Anurag Kashyap’s Kennedy was screened at the Grand Lumiere Theatre and received a 7 min standing ovation. Kennedy is the 1st Indian film to be screened in the midnight section at The Grand Lumiere Theatre.
