New Delhi: Anupam Kher and Anil Kapoor caught up on some quality time together. Both went out on a movie date and saw SS Rajamouli's 'RRR' and shared videos about their movie night on Instagram.
Anil Kapoor shared the video of their date on Instagram in which the two superstars can be seen casually sitting on sofas and discussing how the movie night idea came about.
In the video, the playful conversation between the two actors goes something like this. Anil Kapoor says, "We both have come to see a film, after many many years." To this, Anupam Kher adds, "Thousand years. We used to come for our own premieres." Anil Kapoor then responds with, "Yes, you know I am feeling as if I am in St Xavier's college, and that I am going out for a date." Anupam Kher's exclaims with surprise, "Sorry?"

Anupam Kher also shared the video on his social media handle and wrote, "Went to the theatre after many many years with my dearest friend @anilskapoor to watch @ssrajamouli #RRR. This hilarious conversation is before the film. Have fun & Enjoy. #Friends #JoyOfCinema."
Looks like Anupam Kher and Anil Kapoor had a great time at the movies. 'RRR' is SS Rajamouli's magnum opus that released on 25th March and broke many box office records. It continues to run in some theatres even after the massive blockbuster releases of the likes of 'Beast' and 'KGF: Chapter 2'.
On the other hand, Anupam Kher was last seen in the controversial feature film 'The Kashmir Files' and that's why the reference to the Rs 300 crore club man by Anil Kapoor.
Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor is awaiting the release of his next film 'Thar' alongside son and actor Harshvarrdhan Kapoor on Netflix.
