New Delhi: Amitabh Bachchan’s performance in his latest movie ‘Chehre’ has been much appreciated by the audience. The movie featuring Big B and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles, also stars Rhea Chakraborty, Krystle D’Souza, Annu Kapoor and others in pivotal roles.


Taking to his Instagram, Amitabh Bachchan shared a clipping from the movie where the ‘Mayday’ actor can be seen sharing the screen space with Rhea Chakraborty. He shared a monologue from the movie and wrote, “Monologue There are moments in a film when the written word for you, becomes the written word for the Universe .. a privilege to be given this moment in my film “CHEHRE".



Netizens could not get enough of the scene and hailed Big B as one of the best artists of Hindi film industry. One user commented and wrote, ‘I having Goosebumps just hearing those dialogues..surely one of the best actors Indian cinema’. Another user wrote, ‘Mr Bachhan you are too Good and real inspiration’.

‘Chehre’ is a mystery thriller directed by Rumi Jafry. The movie was scheduled for a theatrical release on July 17, 2020, but got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Well, after a long wait, the film finally hit the screens on August 27.


‘Chehre’ is reportedly an adaptation of the 1956 German novel ‘A Dangerous Game’ by Friedrich Dürrenmatt. The plot of the movie revolves around an old man with a passion for a real life game with his group of friends.
