New Delhi: The first look of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's digital debut 'Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar' is out now. The visually captivating world has been masterfully crafted by the unconventional filmmaker yet again. Alia Bhatt, who will star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War, has praised the stunning canvas and larger-than-life set of 'Heeramandi'.

Taking to their official Instagram handle, Bhansali productions shared the 'Heeramandi' first look and wrote, "Here’s your first look at legendary Indian creator Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s first series EVER: Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar!"

The series' creator, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, informed ANI in a statement last year, "Heeramandi is an important milestone in my journey as a filmmaker. This is an epic, first-of-its-kind series based on the courtesans of Lahore. It is an ambitious, grand and all-encompassing series; therefore I am nervous yet excited about making it. I am looking forward to my partnership with Netflix and bringing Heeramandi to audiences all over the world."
