Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are promoting their film 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' releasing next week March 10th and the stars are travelling from one city to another and appearing on various TV reality shows to promote it too.

During a recent media interaction, the lead pair of 'Badrinath..' who are great buddies off-screen too, were seen sharing a laugh in the middle of the interview. Or more precisely, Varun was at the receiving end of it!

It happened when Varun was throwing light on his aka 'Badri's haircut in the film and talking at length he explained how instead of Bollywood biggies, cricketers like Virat Kohli inspire the youth today and eventually how his hairstyle was also inspired by the same star cricketer.

Varun at one point while talking about the celebrity hairstylist Hakim Alim addresses him as "who is my barber"!

There! The moment he uttered "barber", Alia began to smile and it just did not stop for a few minutes even while Varun kept clarifying himself by saying "arre! he cuts hair na! so what else do you call someone who cuts hair.. barber na?".

And..and.. he even uses the term "Billu Barber" referring to SRK & Irrfan Khan's 'Billu' which had 'Barber' in it's originally title but was dropped after salon and beauty parlour associations of Bandra raised objections by finding the word "Barber" derogatory.

Ouch!

After a pause, Varun continues talking and even tried rectifying his mistake by replacing "barber" with the "salon owner" but this only added fuel to the fire and Alia burst into laughter yet again.

This is far more hilarious to watch than to read. Click below to watch:

Wonder how Alim Hakim is going to react to this!
