Akshay Kumar’s FAU-G Not Sushant Singh Rajput’s Brainchild; Bombay Civil Court Issues Interim Order Against Posting ‘Fake News’

New Delhi: After the government banned the multiplayer action game PUBG, Akshay Kumar announced the launch of a new game FAU-G and revealed that 20% of its net proceeds will be donated to ‘Bharat Ke Veer Trust’ which gives homage and support to India’s brave hearts. However, as soon as the news of its announcement broke out, rumours started doing the rounds that this particular game was being conceptualised by late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The company released an official statement soon after saying that these are all fake information and holds no truth. However, the rumours did not stop and GOQii then knocked the doors of Bombay Civil Court for the same. The Court has now issued a restraining order against those spreading ‘fake news’ and ‘rumours’. GOQii took to their Twitter and shared information about the Bombay Civil Court’s restraining order. While sharing, GOQii wrote, “Important Press Statement Interim order passed by Hon`ble Bombay City  Civil Court @akshaykumar @vishalgondal @nCore_games #JaiHind” The statement read, “With great relief and happiness we, GOQii and nCore , notify the public at large that the Hon'ble Bombay City Civil Court has today passed an interim Order against all the miscreants /anti-social elements who have been disseminating false and defamatory tweets, videos and messages on various social media platforms that Fearless And United Guards FAU-G Game and GOQii Smart Vital wearable with integrated SPO2, which is being used for Covid-19 remote health management was conceptualized by Late Actor Shri. Sushant Singh Rajput and circulating various baseless conspiracy theories/ fake news around it.” It added, “By an interim Order passed today, all such miscreants/ anti-social elements have been restrained by the Court from posting and re-posting tweets, sharing posts, sending messages and videos on various social media platforms like Facebook, Youtube, Twitter or any other social media platform.” Read the entire statement here:

Fearless And United: Guards (FAU-G) is based on real scenarios encountered by the Indian Security Forces to deal with both domestic and foreign threats. The game is expected to launch at the end of October with its first-level set in the Galwan Valley backdrop followed by third-person shooting gameplay in the subsequent releases. The game will be available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
