Mumbai: Actor Akshay Kumar, who is currently busy shooting for his upcoming Aanand L. Rai film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ shared an update on his social media busting a fake media report. The report said that Akshay has teamed up with actor Suneil Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty for an upcoming project.
Refuting a media report on his Twitter, Akshay Kumar tweeted, “10/10 on FAKE news scale! How about I start my own fake news busting business ?”
The ‘Ram Setu’ actor also raised the question to his fans about setting up his own ‘news busting agency’.

Meanwhile, earlier today, Akshay Kumar also commenced the shoot of his upcoming film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ which also stars Bhumi Pednekar in the lead role. Khiladi Kumar dedicated this film to his sister Alka Hiranandani. He shared a picture from the sets of the movie and wrote on Instagram, “Growing up my sister, Alka was my first friend. It was the most effortless friendship. @aanandlrai’s #RakshaBandhan is a dedication to her and a celebration of that special bond Day one of shoot today, need your love and best wishes”.
‘Raksha Bandhan’ will be directed by Aanand L. Rai, who is also the director of another upcoming movie of Akshay – ‘Atrangi Re’. This movie also stars Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles.
Meanwhile, other than ‘Raksha Bandhan’, Akshay Kumar has a number of upcoming projects in his kitty. This includes - ‘Sooryavanshi’, ‘BellBottom’, ‘Atrangi Re’, ‘Ram Setu’, ‘Prithiviraj’ and ‘Bachchan Pandey’.
