Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar lauded a fan, who worked hard to perform a handstand with perfection. The ‘Good Newwz’ star surprised his fan by acknowledging his efforts on social media. The boy named Armaan Khan shared a video wherein he can be seen performing a handstand. He revealed that he took inspiration from Khiladi Kumar, who is considered one of the fittest actors in tinsel town.
Armaan added that he worked day and night to learn handstand after watching Akshay. “My first handstand video was taken in the year 2018. When I first saw @akshaykumar doing handstand. I learnt day and night and finally here after many days later I made a new one,” the fan tweeted.
The ‘PadMan’ star responded to the fan on Twitter and praised him for continuing his practice. “Good going Armaan! Glad to know you kept trying, clear example of practice makes perfect,” Akki wrote on the micro-blogging site.
The fan is on cloud nine after receiving a response from the actor. He expressed his happiness while replying to Kumar’ tweet.
“Sir, it’s an achievement for me to get an answer from you. lots of love and respect to you sir,” Armaan wrote.
Last month, Akshay had tested positive for COVID-19. The ‘Housefull 4’ star was admitted to the hospital as a precautionary measure. He and his wife Twinkle Khanna have been actively working to extend support to the people amid the pandemic.
The couple has donated 100 oxygen cylinders to an organisation to help the COVID-19 patients. While Twinkle has been using social media platforms to help the needy, Akshay donated Rs 1 crore to Gautam Gambhir’s foundation to support the fight against the virus.
On the professional front, Akshay will be next seen in ‘Sooryavanshi’. The action drama was slated to hit the silver screens on April 30; however, the makers postponed the release date in wake of the surge in COVID cases in the country. The Rohit Shetty directorial also stars Katrina Kaif.
The ‘Mission Mangal’ star has several exciting projects including ‘BellBottom’, ‘Atrangi Re’, ‘Prithviraj’, Ram Setu’ and ‘Bachchan Pandey’ in his kitty.
