The video focuses on sexual harassment, stalking, forcibly treating women as objects of affection, objectification of women in Bollywood movies.
The video begins with a narration of an incident that took place in Australia in 2015, where a case was filed against an Indian man for stalking and harassing two women. In defence, the man's lawyer told the court that his client was 'influenced by Bollywood movies that portrayed harassment/stalking to be an idea of romance among Indian men'.
How Bollywood always glorifies stalking by the lead hero and shows the heroine finally giving in to his objectionable behavior and actions in particularly the songs, is something which has always been talked about. But the comic take on this and that too with the fabulous actors like Richa Chadha, 'Masaan' fame Vicky Kaushal & Mallika Dua is winning the Internet already.
Taking us on the journey right from 1965 film 'Jaanwar' where Shammi chases Rajshree.. to 'Josh' from 2000 starring SRK, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan & Priya Gill.. to latest Varun Dhawan-Ileana D'Cruz's 'Main Tera Hero' & Shahid-Sonakshi's 'R... Rajkumar', AIB has tracked all such songs, recreated them with their own hilarious lyrics and they were successful in shaking us all up reminding how we actually promoted it in our society by loving them till date.
In the end of the video 'AIB : Harassment Through The Ages', the magistrate dismisses the case in Australia and frees the man of all charges, convinced that his cultural background was the reason behind his behaviour.
