2018 has turned out to be a lucky year for Ranveer Singh. After winning hearts as the menancing Khilji in ‘Padmaavat and setting the box office on fire, the ‘Gully Boy’ actor tied the knot with Deepika Padukone at Lake Como, Italy in the presence of their family members and close friends. The two lovebirds, who have starred in three films together, got hitched as per Konkani and Sindhi rituals. It’s all work and no play for Ranveer as the talented actor was spotted at Yash Raj Studios on Friday. Bollywood’s Bajirao was dubbing for his upcoming film ‘Simmba’, which also stars Sara Ali Khan.

Ranveer Singh is essaying the role of a cop for the very first time in his career in Simmba’. The trailer of the Rohit Shetty directorial is expected to be unveiled on December 3, two days after his wedding reception in Mumbai. The flick will hit the silver screens on December 28.

The ‘Lootera’ actor had shared a heartfelt video for Rohit Shetty where he praised the director during the film’s wrap up shoot.

" I am a big fan of him from starting.. I always wanted to work with him and now I have done a film like "Simmba" with him, my experience has been thousand times more than what I expected. I have never had such a blast making a movie in all the years I have been working. I am a big fan of you and now I don't have words to explain what I feel for you sir,’’ Ranveer was quoted as saying in the video by IANS.

Deepika-Ranveer Wedding: All the PICS from #DeepVeer fairy-tale marriage ceremony in Italy!

Deepika and Ranveer recently hosted a wedding reception in Bangalore which was attended by Anil Kumble P. V. Sindhu and Pullela Gopichand. While Singh looked dapper in a black sherwani, DP looked gorgeous in a golden silk saree.

DeepVeer will now host two wedding reception in Mumbai on November 28 and December 1. Ranveer, who also has 'Takht' and 83' in his kitty, will soon get busy with the promotions of Simmba.
