New Delhi: 'Adipurush', starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, has already drawn attention before its release. Even though the movie isn't scheduled to premiere for another two days, tickets have begun to sell fast. According to a recent report, many first-day first-shows are selling out completely, with tickets selling for as much as Rs 2,000 in major cities like Delhi and Mumbai.
According to a Times Now report, some theatre tickets are selling for Rs 2,000 even for first-day shows. The price of tickets for all shows at Maison PVR in Mumbai is 2000 for Living Room, Luxe, Jio World Drive, and BKC. PVR: Vegas LUXE, Dwarka tickets and PVR Select City Walk (Gold) tickets have already sold out in Delhi. The PVR Gold Logix City Centre in Noida offers tickets starting at Rs 1650. Meanhwile, a few less premium theatres are also offering inexpensive tickets, around Rs 250. Although Chennai and Hyderabad have far more affordable tickets, Kolkata and Bangalore depict a similar scenario.
Ranbir recently made the announcement that he would donate 10,000 'Adipurush' tickets to underprivileged kids. Abhishek Agarwal, a Tollywood producer, later stated that he would give away 10,000 tickets. Ram Charan also said that he will purchase and give away 10,000 tickets to less fortunate kids.
According to Miss Malini, the OTT and satellite rights to the movie were sold for a whopping sum of Rs 250 crore. The movie will reportedly be available on OTT platform 50 days after it hit theatres due to Amazon Prime, which has acquired the digital and satellite rights to it.
The notable Ramayana adaption, 'Adipurush', stars Prabhas and Kriti Sanon as the lead pair. The multilingual period drama will be released in 3D in cinemas all across the world on June 16. 'Adipurush', which is directed by Om Raut, also features Sunny Singh, Devdatta Nage, and Saif Ali Khan.
