New Delhi: Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar are all set to entertain the audience with their film ‘Saand Ki Aankh’. After creating excitement with the behind-the-scenes pictures and small clips, the makers of the film unveiled the first look of the two actresses last month. The posters featured Taapsee and Bhumi as the 80-year-old plus sharpshooter Chandro Tomar and her octogenarian sister-in-law Prakashi Tomar respectively.

The look created quite a buzz on social media and fans are now eagerly waiting for the film to release. Movie buffs are excited to see the two Bollywood Divas play double their age on the silver screen.

As per the latest buzz, the makers have roped in Aamir Khan’s sister to play a pivotal role in the film. Yes, you read that right.

The Bollywood superstar’s sister Nikhat Khan will play the role of a queen in ‘Saand Ki Aankh’.

A report in an entertainment portal suggested that Nikhat will make her Bollywood debut with the film.

‘’She plays a maharani in the film. It’s not a cameo or an appearance. Instead, it’s a full fledged role. Her character has some really important sequences,” a source told Pinkvilla.

“Along with the character of the shooter dadis, there are several roles that are integral to the film’s plotline. One will be essayed by Aamir Khan’s sister Nikhat Khan. This will be her debut in films and although not many knew of her, when one of the makers met her and suggested her name, the entire team knew she was best suited for the role,” the source further told the portal.

Talking about ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, the film will hit the silver screens on October 25 this year. The Tushar Hiranandani directorial is based on the life of real-life shooters Chandro and Prakashi. The two women, who hail from Uttar Pradesh, are better known as ‘shooter dadis’.
