Mani Ratnam's 1995 film 'Dil Se..' which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Manisha Koirala in lead roles, has clocked 20 years today and Preity Zinta who made her film debut with it by playing a cameo in it just revealed that it was a Friday then. Also the lead actress Manisha and the iconic 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' song dancer Malaika Arora have something to say on the occasion celebrating it. Manisha took to Instagram and shared a collage of the stills of her and SRK from 'Dil Se' and wrote with it - "20 years of #dilse#puremagiconscreen #cultclassic#soulfullmusic #arrehman @iamsrk#maniratnam #manisgakoirala @realpz#santoshsivan #farahkhankunder 💕💓🌸💖♥️🤣❣️😊💝❤️🙏🏻😍😂😅👍😁🙏💐🌸"

Preity who made her debut with this one, shared a video clip from the song 'Jiya Jale' that was featured on her while she was preparing to be the wife of SRK's character in the film. She wrote thanking everyone for giving her this opportunity and wrote - "21st August was the Friday, #20yearsago that changed my life forever. Choreographer Farah Khan's decision to shoot the song on top of a moving train, was what made the song a masterpiece. The song even featured as one of the top 10 songs of all time in an international poll conducted by The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).

'Dil Se..' portrays a tragic love-story with a backdrop of terrorism and insurgency in Northeast India, which completed Ratnam's terror-drama after 'Roja' and 'Bombay.'
