Mohena Kumari Recalls A Proud Moment When Mom-In-Law Stopped Priest Saying ‘Bahot Saare Bete Ho'

Mohena Kumari Singh recently talked about her pregnancy experience and how she feels delighted after being pampered by everyone.

New Delhi: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress, Mohena Kumari Singh, revealed her pregnancy earlier this year. In a recent interview with E-Times, She shared a happy memory with her mother-in-law.

Mohena recalls how her mother-in-law stopped a priest from praying for her to have a boy. Mohena has revealed her proud bahu moment, saying: "I am enjoying this phase as everyone wants to pamper me. My husband is still in Dehradun and has already started preparing a nursery. We discuss things on the phone. I want a healthy baby, there is no preference as such. But I do feel bad when people say ki beta ho. Recently, we had a puja at home and the pandit Ji kept telling my mom-in-law ki bahot saare bete ho. Finally, she had to stop him and she said, 'Humhein beti chahiye!' I am really proud of my mom-in-law."

Mohena Kumari Singh, the expecting mother, is enjoying her pregnancy journey with her husband, Suyesh Rawat. Mohena revealed her pregnancy on February 16, 2022. 

She had shared a cute photo with her husband, Suyesh, and had shown off her baby bulge in a traditional saree. Along with that, she mentioned that they are all ready for a fresh beginning. She penned: "Beginning of a new beginning. Sharing the Good News with All."

Mohena has appeared in shows such as Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya and Dil Dostii Dance in addition to Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She appeared in the reality show Dance India Dance (season 3) and was a choreographer on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
