New Delhi: Actor-model Harnaaz Sandhu made history on Monday as she was crowned Miss Universe 2021. The 21-year-old from Punjab bagged the title after beating contestants from 80 countries.
Before which India brought home the title twice before by actors Sushmita Sen in 1994 and Lara Dutta in 2000.

She represented India in 70th Miss Universe 2021, held in Eilat, Israel.
Netizens have shown their appreciation and most of them are congratulating her for bringing the Miss Universe crown back to India after 21 long years.
But it wasn’t just this incredible feat, but even her answers doing the event has stunned Netizens. Chairman of Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra was among those who praised the winner for her well thought out answers to questions during the event.

Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala also congratulated the beauty and said that she had made India proud.
