New Delhi: The International Emmy Award is an award bestowed by the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (IATAS) in recognition of the best television programs. The IATAS was founded in 1969 and is comprised of leading entertainment figures from the Television industry from over 50 countries. It is a non-profit, membership organization based out of New York.

It is a proud moment for all of us as three Indian web series including ‘Made In Heaven’, ‘Delhi Crime’ and ‘Four More Shots Please!’ has made it to the nomination list of the International Emmy Awards. While ‘Delhi Crime’ starring Shefali Shah has been nominated under the category of Best Drama Series, ‘Four More Shots Please!’ has bagged the nomination under the Best Comedy Series category. ‘Made In Heaven’ actor Arjun Mathur who portrayed the character of a gay man in the popular series has also been nominated in the Best Performance By An Actor category.

Meanwhile, Amazon Prime congratulated both their Emmy nominees.





On 2019, Radhika Apte also bagged the nomination in the Best Performance By An Actress category for ‘Lust Stories’. Popular web series ‘Sacred Games’ was also nominated in the Best Drama Series category in the International Emmy Awards.

The 48th International Emmy Awards will take place on November 23, 2020.
