New Delhi: Actor Park Seo-Joon and Xooos, a YouTuber whose real name is Kim Soo Yeon, are allegedly dating. The former has now spoken about the reports. Seo-Joon stated that he felt "greatly burdened by opening up my private life" during a press conference for his upcoming film 'Concrete Utopia' on Wednesday.
As quoted by Soompi, Park Seo-joon said, “I heard that there was such news belatedly as there is a project I’m currently filming now. The first thought I had was, ‘A lot of people are interested in me.' I’m grateful for the attention, but in my case, I tend to feel greatly burdened by opening up my private life [to the public], and since this is a personal matter, I think it will be difficult for me to particularly comment.”
According to a number of reports, Seo-joon has been dating xooos for a while now. The couple was reportedly seen out on several dates in Seoul. Their agencies released brief statements after many stories suggested that the two were dating.
As quoted by Soompi, Seo-joon’s agency Awesome ENT said, “It is difficult to confirm facts related to our artist’s personal life. We’re sorry. Please kindly understand.” xooos’s agency WAVY stated, “It is difficult to confirm.”
Park Seo-Joon is currently awaiting the premieres of 'Concrete Utopia' and 'The Marvels', two of his upcoming films. In addition, 'Gyeongseong Creature', a web series, is in the works for him. Seo-joon featured in the film 'Dream' earlier this year. It was directed by Lee Byeong Heon and featured IU.
With over 1.5 million subscribers, Xooos is a musician and YouTuber. She made her acting debut in the 2015 drama 'The Producers'. In 2017, xooos also took part in MIXNINE, an idol survival show.
