BTS agency BigHit Music has reportedly confirmed that the new clip shows a person riding an electric bike, Suga, a member of the k-pop group, as per the latest development. According to Koreaboo, HYBE has also reacted to rumours about Suga, aka Min Yoongi, quitting the group.


DongA Ilbo released CCTV footage on Wednesday related to the rapper’s drunk driving case. As per the report, a person is seen on an electric around 11.10 pm on August 6. In the footage, he wasn’t seen driving it very fast, however, after he turned left near his building, he stumbled and fell. The person got up as well as picked up the vehicle.


Suga drunk driving case


This incident happened near the apartment block of Nine One Hannam's main gate. A few policemen, who were passing by, came over to him. According to Koreaboo, who cited TV Daily, the BTS agency has officially confirmed that Suga is the man in the video. JTBC's first report on August 7 was contradicted by footage from DongA Ilbo. It showed someone racing down the road in front of the Nine One Hannam complex, heading towards Namsan.

According to the recent footage, BTS member Suga made his way back home down the pavement next to the Nine One Hannam wall. In contrast to the direction depicted in the JTBC video, it is in the other direction. According to Koreaboo, there have been changes to the vehicle type and route from previous reports.


BTS Suga will leave the k-pop group?


The same outlet claimed in another report that HYBE denied rumours and reports that Suga was quitting BTS. Koreaboo reports that HYBE stated, "Talk of Suga leaving BTS is nonsense. We will apologize and work harder to resolve the conflict among fans."


Last week, Suga was riding his electric scooter home after drinking when the incident happened. According to the police, the rapper fell from his scooter in Seoul's Yongsan area and was found lying on the ground by himself.
