Famous singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, popularly known as KK, succumbed to a cardiac arrest on Tuesday night.

An ambulance decorated with flowers, has been parked outside KK's house, that will be carrying his dead body during the antim yatra from his hose to the Versova cemetery.

KK's sudden and untimely demise has left everyone in a state of shock. After paying their tributes to the acclaimed singer, members of the music fraternity as well as Bollywood industry will be attending the last rites of the much-loved singer.
KK's Antim Yatra from his Park Plaza residence to the cemetery will begin at 1pm. The singer will be cremated at the Versova cemetery.
Mortal remains of the iconic singer were taken to Mumbai by his family members. KK died in Kolkata after his performance during a college fest at Nazrul Mancha. After his post-mortem, the body was flown from Kolkata to Mumbai.
The antim-darshan of the popular singer will take place today, on Thursday, at his Park Plaza residence in Versova. Members of the film fraternity and others will be paying their final respects to the singer from 10:30am to 12:30 pm.

Famous Bollywood singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, popularly known as KK, passed away in Kolkata on Tuesday night.
The singer was 53, and survived by his wife and two sons.
KK performed at a concert organised by a college at Nazrul Mancha in south Kolkata for almost an hour on Tuesday evening.
He was "feeling heavy" after reaching his hotel, and soon collapsed, officials told news agency PTI. The singer was taken to Kolkata's CMRI Hospital.
"KK was brought to the hospital around 10 pm. It's unfortunate that we could not treat him," a senior official of the hospital told PTI.
Doctors at the hospital suspect that KK died due to a “cardiac arrest”.
A post-mortem would be conducted on Wednesday to ascertain the exact reason for the death, a senior officer of the Kolkata Police told PTI.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi condoled KK’s death and said he will always be remembered through his songs.
"Saddened by the untimely demise of noted singer Krishnakumar Kunnath popularly known as KK. His songs reflected a wide range of emotions as struck a chord with people of all age groups. We will always remember him through his songs. Condolences to his family and fans. Om Shanti," the Prime Minister tweeted.
The singer’s wife and sons will reach Kolkata from New Delhi on Wednesday morning.
KK was on a two-day tour to Kolkata and performed at Nazrul Manch in a concert organised by another college on Monday evening as well. The singer was supposed to return to New Delhi on Wednesday.
"I have so many personal memories with him. We started our careers together. He was such a nice and non-controversial person. Life has become so unpredictable and uncertain after the pandemic," a PTI report quoted singer-turned-politician Babul Supriyo as telling reporters after reaching the hospital.
"KK has a big contribution to the advent of rock music in India," Supriyo said.
Some of KK’s popular bollywood numbers include Ankhon Mein Teri (Om Shanti Om), Zara Sa (Jannat), Khuda Jaane (Bachna Ae Hasino) and Tadap Tadap (Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam).
He was a versatile singer and had recorded songs in several languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Bengali, among others.
