New Delhi: Kartik Aaryan has turned down the endorsement of a pan masala brand. The fee to endorse the same was reported as Rs. 8-9 crores. The same gesture has made Kartik 'a responsible youth' in the eyes of his fans considering how mega stars like Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn have been criticised in the recent past for promoting pan masala brands.

As per a Bollywood Hungama report, a prominent person from the field of advertisement confirmed Kartik's stance and stated, "That’s right. That boy Kartik Aaryan has said no to around Rs. 8-9 crore offer to endorse paan masala. Kartik seems to have principles, a rare commodity in today’s actors who suffer from the gift of the ‘grab’. Saying no to such big money is not easy. But Kartik is conscious of his responsibility as a youth icon.”

Recently, Allu Arjun, the 'Pushpa' superstar had also turned down a deal worth Rs. 10 crores to sponsor a pan masala brand.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik Aaryan recently wrapped up shooting for his action-comedy 'Shehzada' which he described as his most 'commercial movie'. Kartik shared the film's wrap-shoot post on his official social media handle with the picture from the set and captioned it, "Insomniac like me slept for Ten hrs after the Epic Climax. that we shot for #Shehzada filled with Action which I have done for the first time🤞🏻One of the most difficult, hectic and again a new zone for me. Just can’t wait for you guys to see it . Meri sabse Commercial picture aa rahi hai.”

Kartik Aaryan has become one of the most-anticipated actors in Bollywood especially after the success of 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' which was a blockbuster at the box office. Kartik also has a host of films like 'Shehzada',  'Captain India', 'Freddy', and 'Satyaprem Ki Katha' with Kiara Advani for which he recently began shooting.
