Mumbai: Bollywood Actor Kangana Ranaut has once again managed to grab eyeballs, and this time it’s related to the elite commandos of the CRPF who has been guarding her since she returned to Mumbai following the threat perception after her spat with Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on social media.
The Queen actress has been targeted over a video doing rounds in the social microblogging site Twitter. In this viral video, the actress can be seen getting inside the car where one of the commandos guarding her opens the car's door for Kangana Ranaut after she is done with her pilates session. This video has sparked mixed reactions on the social media platform where some netizens are criticising the actress for allowing the CRPF personnel to open the car doors for her. The video has been retweeted by various members of the Twitterati saying that the CRPF personnel is just doing his job, while some strongly opposed the gesture of the commando in the video.
The Padma Shri awardee actress has always remained in the limelight for courting controversies because of her statements in social media platforms.
Some netizens also raised objection on security cover provided to the actress, while others pointed out at her behaviour for not even acknowledging the gesture of the commando saying the actress takes it for granted.
On the other hand, certain section of the Twitterati believed the gentlemanly conduct has got mixed up because of Kangana, politics, media, and hatred.
Kangana Ranaut became the first Bollywood star to be guarded by a posse of elite commandos of the CRPF, as per PTI report. As per the report, the CRPF, has been providing security to almost 60 dignitaries and high-profile persons, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Chief Justice of India SA Bobde, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and her children Rahul and Priyanka.
On the professional front, Kangana Ranaut will be next seen starring in the biopic 'Thalaivi'. She also has 'Dhaakad' and 'Tejas' in her kitty.
Under the Y-plus category security, Ranaut is to be guarded by 10-11 armed commandos who work in shifts round the clock. Among these commandos, Ranaut will have two-three armed PSOs (personal security officers) everytime she is on the move while other armed personnel will secure her residence.
