New Delhi: BTS member Jin is presently on vacation in South Korea's Jeju islands, and he has been routinely posting photographs from his trip on social media. Kim Seokjin aka Jin, a member of the Korean boy band BTS, sparked a social media storm yesterday.

BTS's lead singer, Jin, caused a sensation by posting a photo of himself eating what seemed to be a long roll. Fans in India (ARMY) were pleased to see photos of the band's lead vocalist with what seems to be an authentic Indian delicacy called dosa on a platter. Watch his snapshot:

Many on the internet were perplexed by the dish and questioned whether the Korean celebrity was eating Mysore dosa.

The Korean ARMY confirmed that it was a Galchi, or hairtail fish.

As it turns out, Jin was really eating Galchi, a kind of Korean fish. The Galchi, also known as the hairtail fish, is a favourite among Koreans since it is one of the continent's longest fish species. In India, it is known as Karli Fish.

Jin has caused a stir among his followers after posting a shirtless selfie of himself on Instagram on Monday.

BTS, the Bangtan Boys, a South Korean boy band, was formed in 2010. Meanwhile, the lads recently revealed their hiatus news on the internet, in which they said that they would be using this time to focus on their own professions.
