Mumbai: According to recent media reports, Hrithik Roshan has purchased new apartments worth almost Rs 100 crore in Mumbai to convert them into a ‘mansion-in-the-air’. The apartments are on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a building on the Juhu-Versova Link Road. The deal estimated to be worth Rs 97.5 crore was closed earlier this week.

As per the Mumbai Mirror report, the apartments will present a fantastic and seemless view of the Arabian Sea and will be spread across a combined 38000 sq ft. The terrace spans 6500 sq ft, and the family will get access to around 10 parking spots.

The report cited property documents and detailed the expenditure for the lavish properties. To being with, Hrithik is stated to have paid Rs 67.5 crore for the duplex which covers 27534 sq ft. Then he paid Rs 30 crore for the 14th-floor apartment that is spread across 11165 sq ft.

Meanwhile, it revealed that the Roshan family had rented an apartment in Juhu in June 2020, and have been paying Rs 8.25 lakh per month.

Hrithik has several times shared photos of his current abode on social media capturing the beautiful view from his sea-facing home which spread across approximately 3,000 sq ft.
