New Delhi: Kim and Khloe Kardashian, two famous reality TV stars, recently arrived in Mumbai to witness the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Their presence has sparked a social media frenzy and revived an old video from 2012. Kim makes derogatory remarks about Indian cuisine in a video that emerged in one of the episodes of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’.

‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ included a discussion on Indian food by Kim, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner, three sisters in the Kardashian family. Kim was asked in the video, "Have you ever tried Indian food?" Kendall shot back, "It's disgusting!" With a "Disgusting, right?" Kim nodded in agreement.

Many online users accused the family of being racist and culturally insensitive towards Indians. Later, Kim apologised in reaction to the criticism, saying that her comments were only a matter of personal preference and that she never meant to hurt anyone's feelings.

The video has emerged again and Indian social media users are criticising the reality TV star online. A user wrote, "She is insane. Indian food is delicious!" Another user wrote, "I do hope Ambani’s are feeding her some Khaman Dhokla alongside a healthy portion of sabudana khichadi."

In spite of all the drama, Kim and Khloe are still set to attend the Ambani wedding on July 12th. Speculation has it that Kim would be wearing a breathtaking saree to the event. On top of that, ‘The Kardashians season 6’ will supposedly have Kim recording portions of the wedding.
