Narrative of ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight’

In ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight’, which takes place a hundred years before ‘Game of Thrones’, we follow the exploits of two unexpected heroes—Ser Duncan the Tall, a youthful, innocent, and brave knight, and his little squire, Egg. During this time, the Targaryens are still in power, and the loss of the last dragon is fresh in everyone's mind. Along their perilous journey across Westeros, Ser Duncan and Egg encounter formidable enemies, perilous adventures, and great destiny.

The longline reads, “Set in an age when the Targaryen line still holds the Iron Throne, and the memory of the last dragon has not yet passed from living memory, great destinies, powerful foes, and dangerous exploits all await these improbable and incomparable friends.”

The promo video has Peter Claffey's Dunk, clad in armour, addressing the camera as "Ser Duncan the Tall," while Dexter Sol Ansell's Egg sits by a crackling fire.
