New Delhi: The 64th Grammy Awards kicked off on Sunday night in Las Vegas, amid much glitter and glamour as celebrities geared-up for music's biggest night of the year. The prestigious award ceremony was held at MGM Garden Grand Arena in Las Vegas, with Trevor Noah as the host.
Grammys 2022 saw popular celebrities slay with their stylish and stunning looks as they walked the red carpet. R&B super duo Silk Sonic, which comprises Bruno Mars and rapper Anderson Paak, bagged the 'Song of the Year' award for 'Leave The Door Open'. Silk Sonic also won the 'Record of the Year' award.
While Olivia Rodrigo went on to become 'Best New Artist', Pakistan's Arooj Aftab became the first Pakistani woman to receive the prestigious trophy. Arooj won the award for her song 'Mohabbat' in the Best Global Performance category.
