A doctor at Criti Care Hospital tells ABP News that Bhupinder was admitted to the hospital 10 days ago.

During the examination, he was suspected of colon cancer. Scanning showed the possibility of cancer and more investigations were yet to be done.

But 5-6 days ago, he got covid and in such a situation the doctors were not able to do a deep examination of the cancer.

Bhupinder died at approximately 7.30 p.m. today evening after his Covid infection was not successfully treated.

Dr. Deepak Namjoshi says that he died due to the problem of comorbidities.

When Singh was a child, he learned to play the guitar from his father, who was also a musician. Later, he relocated to Delhi, where he worked as a singer and guitarist for All India Radio. Haqeeqat composer Madan Mohan spotted Singh and gave him his first big break in 1964.
