National crush Rohit Saraf has begun shooting for the upcoming rom-com titled ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’, which is being directed by Shashank Khaitan. Sharing a picture of a clapboard from the sets, Khaitan wrote ‘Day 1 – Sincere Gratitude’. Saraf reshared the picture on his social media and expressed that he is “so excited” about this project, which will feature the actor sharing the screen space for the first time with Sanya Malhotra, Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan. The film also marks Saraf’s first collaboration with Khaitan.
As soon as the casting was announced, fans of Rohit Saraf were excited to see him in yet another rom-com project. The actor, who has won audiences' hearts with his popular series ‘Mismatched’, promises to solidify his position as the ‘national crush’ all over again with this film.
Meanwhile, beyond 'Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari', Saraf is gearing up for the release of ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’, which will see him sharing the screen space with Pashmina Roshan for the first time. The film is set to release on June 28. Rohit also has ‘Mismatched 3’ in the pipeline. He had recently wrapped the shooting of the OTT project, which sees him sharing the screen space with Prajakta Koli. He will be reprising the role of Rishi Shekhawat in the series, which is set to stream on OTT this year.

This progressive stance by Prerna Arora is visible on the sets of her upcoming project, ‘Hero Heeroine,’ directed by Suresh Krissna. She also has Abhishek Jaiswal’s Hindi language revenge drama ‘Dunk: Once Bitten Twice Shy’ in the pipeline.
Dharma Productions has announced that the shooting for "Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari", starring Varun Dhawan and Jahnvi Kapoor, is underway.
Also starring Sanya Malhotra, Akshay Oberoi and Rohit Saraf, the romantic-comedy is written and directed by filmmaker Shashank Khaitan of "Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania" and "Badrinath Ki Dulhania" fame.
"Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari" will hit the screens on April 18, 2025.

Hollywood star Emily Blunt has revealed the scariest stunt of her career and shared that it was in the 2018 film 'Mary Poppins Returns' that presented her biggest challenge.
Blunt told people.com that 'Mary Poppins Returns', which turned out to be a huge stunt challenge for her: "That entrance was very stressful for me."
The actress recounted that the character's entrance "had to start in the clouds and come all the way down" towards the ground while holding an umbrella aloft, reports deadline.com.
Additionally, Blunt added: "And I'm supposed to walk effortlessly into my close-up as if it’s nothing. I did three takes -- and then I felt my tolerance go, ‘Pfft!’ And that was it. I was done."
Director Rob Marshall requested a fourth take.
Blunt said: "I did three takes, and I could see Rob gearing up to do another one. I was like, ‘Nope, no, no, no, I’m done.’ It was over."
The film’s other big stunt had Mary zooming backwards into the depths of a magical bathtub.
“That was okay. That was a slide,” she said.
UNICEF India on Saturday announced Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan as its new National Ambassador.
The "Crew" star, who has been associated with UNICEF India since 2014, will support the not-for-profit organisation in furthering every child’s right to early childhood development, health, education and gender equality, a press release said.
Kareena had earlier served as a Celebrity Advocate for UNICEF India.

"I do my own makeup to save time and money,” she explained in the clip. “I forgot my eyebrow pencil, so I had to make do with this kinda reddish-brown eyeliner that I applied to my eyebrows.”

The Tamannaah Bhatia starrer movie ‘Aranmanai 4’ kicked off fairly well in the US box office. According to Sacnilk.com, on the first day of its release, the latest release earned around Rs 4 crore. The Sundar C.-directed horror comedy had a good opening at the domestic box office. As per reports, ‘Aranmanai 4’ earned around Rs 3.60 crore nett in India on its first day for all languages.
The film’s Tamil occupancy rate on Friday was 36.04% overall. Under the banner of Avni Cinemax, Sundar C. and Khushbu Sundar bankrolled the movie. The Tamannaah starrer hit theatres on May 3.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who made his digital debut with the Netflix series ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’, opened up about the love coming from Pakistan for the show ‘Heeramandi’.
While talking about the new series in the interview, Bhansali said, "There was so much love that I received from Pakistan, people waiting for it anxiously, waiting for this to be told. It’s a piece that somehow brings us all together, when all India was one, it was undivided. These people belong to us as much as they belong to them. I think they belong to both of us and both countries are showing a lot of love for finally the show being made. I still feel we’re all one, I still feel that we’re all connected in so many ways. There’s a lot of love for people on both sides, leave aside a few people would want to create issues — but those are not relevant.”
