New Delhi: On Wednesday morning, rumours began circulating that Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth and her estranged husband Dhanush had reconciled. South Indian superstar Rajinikanth's oldest daughter, Aishwaryaa tied the knot back in 2004. The couple's children are named Yatra Raja and Linga Raja.
Tollywood.net reports that Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth have temporarily put their divorce proceedings on hold. According to reports, the families of both parties met at Superstar Rajinikanth's home and agreed that they should work on their marriage. It should be noted, however, that none of them has issued a formal remark on the matter.
The announcement of Dhanush and Aishwaryaa's split came on January 18, 2022. The separating pair had sent an open letter on each other's social media profiles. While announcing their split on social media earlier this year, Dhanush and Aishwarya also asked for privacy.
In a letter of separation, the pair wrote about their sentiments, “18 years of togetherness as friends, couple, as parents and well wishers to each other The journey has been of growth, understanding, adjusting and adapting.. Today we stand at a place where our paths separate… Aishwaryaa and I have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better. Please do Respect our decision and give us the needed privacy to deal with this."
When it comes to his work life, Dhanush's next project is Venky Atluri's ‘Vaathi’. The film's plot centers on the state of public education in India which is set to release on 2nd December 2022. The multi-talented actor will be playing a professor in the film.
On the other side, Aishwaryaa's next film, ‘Oh Saathi Chal’, would mark her entry into the Bollywood film industry.
