Punjabi actor Deep Sidhu died in a tragic road accident near Sonipat in Haryana on Tuesday.The Sonipat Police have confirmed his death. He was recently in the news as he was accused in the 2021 Red Fort violence case.
Meanwhile, the late actor's last pic with his girlfriend Reena Rai is going big time viral on social media. The couple celebrated Valentine's Day hours before his death and Reena had shared a photo with him on her Instagram story which is now viral on social media.
"Happy Valentine's Day," Reena wrote with the picture. While Reena is seen wearing a bodycon dress, Deep poses beside her in blue denim jeans and a jacket. Take a look at the photo:
Meanwhile, Sidhu was declared brought dead at the Kharkhoda hospital in Haryana's Sonipat district. His body was sent for a post-mortem examination to Haryana's Sonipat.
Soon after the news of Deep Sidhu surfaced, actors like Ammy Virk, Ranjit Bawa and others mourned the demise of the actor.
He was arrested in connection with the violence at Red Fort during the farmers' tractor rally on Republic Day 2021.
He was also arrested by the cops for his derogatory remarks towards SC/ST caste. He was booked under the SC/ST Act.
His first Punjabi movie, 'Ramta Jogi', was released in 2015. His second movie, 'Jora Das Numbria', which released in 2018, was hit.
