New Delhi: Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dalal have become parents to a baby girl. As congratulatory messages and love for the Bollywood couple pours in from all quarters, we are reminded of a time when Varun Dhawan manifested the same a few years ago on the Koffee couch of the popular chat show 'Koffee With Karan'.

On Monday, actor Varun Dhawan and his fashion designer wife Natasha Dalal were blessed with a daughter. As they celebrate this joyous occasion, eagle eyed Reddit users dug out an old video of Varun Dhawan from Karan Johar hosted chat show 'Koffee With Karan'. In the video, we see Varun Dhawan manifesting for a girl and that has made all his fans go 'aww' for all the right reasons.
During the 'Koffee With Karan Season 5' episode, Varun shared his desire to have a baby girl. At the time, Dhawan was seen on the couch with Alia Bhatt. During the rapid-fire round, Karan mentioned names of a few actors and asked Varun, "What do the following have that you don’t?”
When Karan mentioned Shahid Kapoor and asked the same question, Varun said, "He has a baby girl”. He clarified, “I don’t want his baby girl. I want my own. Shahid, your child is yours. I don’t want your child”.
At the time, Varun was not married, though relationship rumours with Natasha Dalal were always rife. On the same episode of 'KWK', he had also shared his future plans, and being a father was among his list.
“I do believe in the institution of marriage. My parents have had a really solid marriage. I do wanna get married. I wanna have babies, actually. I want to have a child. I love children, and I wanna have my own little one," he said.

Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan officially shared the good news on his official Instagram handle with a sweet note that mentioned 'Baby Dhawan' without revealing the name of his daughter.
Several Bollywood celebs congratulated the actor and fans dropped heart and eye-heart emojis in the comments section.
