New Delhi: Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, who will next be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s 'Animal', recently attended singer Arijit Singh’s concert in Chandigarh. The actor also walked with Arijit on the stage and waved at the fans. He was there as a part of promoting his film.

Many videos of the event have been doing the rounds on social media. In the video, Ranbir and Arijit can be seen bowing down to each other. Ranbir also sang ‘Channa Mereya’ along with Arijit. He also performed the signature step of the song from the film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. He also joined Arijit for the song ‘Rasiya’ from Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva.

Ranbir and Arijit have given some hit songs like ‘Sooraj Dooba Hai’, ‘Kabira Encore’, ‘Agar Tum Saath Ho’, ‘Dilliwaali Girlfriend’, ‘Kesariya’ and others.

Arijit also treated the fans with the live version of 'Satranga' from Ranbir’s upcoming film ‘Animal’ at Chandigarh. The performance marked not only the first live performance of 'Satranga' by Arijit but also the first time the two shared the stage.

Ranbir has called Animal his darkest film till now, he also shaved his head for the film. "For ‘Animal’, I had shaved my hair! For the last scene, I had done that. So now I am growing my hair. Since I am not working on any films, I am eating a lot and not following any diet. I have changed my entire lifestyle. I have quit smoking, so I am eating a lot of chocolate,” he told his fans during a live social media interaction.

Speaking more about collaborating with Sandeep Reddy Vanga on ‘Animal’ and making its world come alive on the big screen, Ranbir mentioned, "I have found working with Sandeep to be an incredibly rewarding experience as an actor, as he is so unique. There is no reference to any of his films, and everything I did in ‘Animal’ as a character was completely new. This film is the darkest I have ever worked on, as I am not playing a psycho killer. It is just the character, his mind, and the way he operates. His psyche is very dark."

Animal also features Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna and Anil Kapoor in leading roles. The film is all set to release on December 1 and will clash with Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur.
